Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not been packed or dispatched.
- To cancel, contact our support team via phone or email with your order ID.
- Once the cancellation is approved, the full amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
- Out-of-Stock Items: Full refund will be processed if the item is unavailable.
- Wrong Product Received: Return the unused product in its original packaging.
- Damaged or Expired Products: Share a photo/video within 24 hours of delivery.
- Clothing Items: Must be returned unworn, with tags intact, within 3 days of delivery.
Refund Method
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the customer’s choice.
Non-Refundable Items
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Used or opened food/grocery items
- Sale items marked as non-returnable
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
